The New Adventure
A year has passed since I moved out of South-end and now not having available the Land Rovers I now face the challenge without a 4x4 so,
A new vehicle needs to be found I hope to advertise elsewhere or sell a seat on ebay.
I should have a stand at the Great Dorset Steam Fair in September this will be a major fundraiser.
It will be worth the cost of the stand as around 50,0000 visitors each day over 5 days so even 8 -10 % of the visitors make a donation it will raise a far amount of money.
As for the vehicle this has still not been found which is a major hassle I hope that the new advertising campaign will be successful.

The Trip


In the winter I plan to take a classic Land Rover to Moroccan Sahara in aid of the Parkinsons Disease Society ( PDS) and other local charities.
I hope to cover over 3,0000 mile of desert and mountain terain in about 4-5 weeks.
The reason for taking so long is that the maximum speed is about 50 mph due to roads in Afrcia not being as safe as here in the UK.
It will be challenging and be a trip of a lifetime.
